We lucked out with weather and took our children (13 and 11 years old) to Phoenix Park for the afternoon. Our kids had never been on a tandom bike, so we rented one for them, with my wife and I on our own bikes The employee got us hooked up with the bikes and helmets, give us tips on where to go, then helped the kids get used to riding the tandem bike. He was very friendly and funny. We found it very easy to get around. There are bike-only paths, and the paths and landmarks are clearly labeled on signs land on the map. We had a great time and can not recommend this highly enough.
